Quinoa Pasta

1/2 bell peper any color cut into thin strips

1/4 onion also cut into small strips

1/2 Cup cooked quinoa

Olive oil, pepper, mozzarella and pasta sauce


Cook vegetables in oil until they are sizzling, add in pasta sauce and mozerella, finally mix in cooked quinoa and serve

A guilt free pasta dish :)
